1930’s Photographic Studio Light and Tripod

A fully refurbished and re-wired 1930’s photographic studio lamp, reclaimed from a derelict London docklands depositary, along with numerous items we are currently refurbishing.

It dates from the early thirties and has the following features:

• Spun aluminium reflector with a polished finish.
• Cast metal lamp housing behind the reflector.
• A large parabolic reflector, designed to concentrate light into a beam.
• A central lamp housing at the rear of the reflector.
• A substantial gimbal-type adjustment mechanism, allowing the reflector to be tilted and rotated.
• Light weight aluminium tripod stand
